Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
CabloLink provides B2B supply services for networking equipment, structured cabling system components and related logistics services.
Use of the CabloLink platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the platform for personal or non-commercial purposes is not permitted.
2. Business Customers Only
The service is intended exclusively for legal entities, distributors, system integrators and professional buyers. By registering on the platform or placing an order, the customer confirms that they act on behalf of a company and have the authority to enter into commercial transactions.
3. Account
The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date company information.
The account owner is fully responsible for the security of the account, including the storage of login credentials and all actions performed through the account.
CabloLink shall not be responsible for actions performed by third parties who gain access to the customer’s account without authorization.
4. Product Information
Product specifications, technical parameters, CPR classifications, images and descriptions are provided by manufacturers or suppliers.
Such information may be updated without prior notice.
Minor differences in packaging, color or product details may occur.
5. Prices and Commercial Offers
Prices and commercial offers are valid for the specified period and may change depending on supplier conditions, market situation and logistics factors.
An order is considered confirmed only after written agreement between the parties.
CabloLink reserves the right to revise prices before order confirmation.
6. Orders and Payment
Production or shipment of goods begins after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
All bank fees, transfer costs and related financial charges are borne by the buyer.
Some products may be manufactured upon request (custom-made) or supplied after production.
7. Delivery and Incoterms
Delivery terms are defined according to the selected Incoterms® rule (such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF or DAP) and are specified in the invoice, commercial offer or contract.
Transfer of risk of loss or damage to the goods occurs in accordance with the selected Incoterms® rule.
8. Limitation of Liability
CabloLink shall not be responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs authorities or other factors beyond the company's control.
The maximum liability of CabloLink is limited to the value of the respective order.
CabloLink shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or other consequential losses.
9. Warranty
Warranty obligations for the products are provided by the manufacturer. CabloLink assists in processing warranty requests but does not assume additional warranty obligations unless otherwise agreed.
10. Returns and Compensation
Returns and possible compensation are governed by a separate Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns must comply with the established procedures and deadlines.
11. Data Protection
Customer data is used solely for order processing, logistics, commercial offers and communication.
Data may be shared with third parties only when necessary for order fulfillment.
Personal data of EU customers is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
12. Updates to Terms
CabloLink reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
